Senior IT Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide IT Training Support to Consultants

Manage IT staff and operations, set work schedules, and establish department procedures.

Develop, maintain, and deliver high quality IT training, hands-on lab exercises, and accompanying materials using a variety of media types.

Deliver instructor-led classroom training for both in-person and remote participants including employees, customers, and partners on a regular schedule in the US and abroad.

Assist with the setup of the development environment for hands-on training activities and troubleshoot student issues during class.

Be an active participant in the continuous improvement process for curriculum, student classroom experience, and trainer effectiveness.

Maintain the highest level of expertise in the individual area(s) of specialty.

Collaborate with subject matter experts on curriculum development content.

Collaborate with the training team for consistency of training delivery and best practices for classroom management.
Provide Technical Support to Internal Recruiting Team

Maintain a database of all incoming calls, emails, faxes, and applications, etc. in the internal support tracking system to provide accurate and on-time support information to recruiters

Assist in-house staff to resolve functional/technical issues by providing step by step instructions

Maintain close communication loop with staff in resolving all recorded issues from start to finish
Conduct Quality Control for the company’s newly released products/applications

Design and execute tests to identify and resolve all data related issues on SQL Server Database (2016), SSIS and BI Platforms.

Perform different reliability analysis and root cause analysis to ensure our application/Packages are released with the Highest Quality and Reliability.

Work closely with stakeholders in different areas to develop Business Intelligence (BI) functionalities, such as dashboards, visualization, reporting, and analysis.

Responsible for developing new analytical models and techniques to standardize data collection.

Generate functional and summary reports to improve companies’ efficiency and profit margins
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in a Computer or Technical related field, or it's equivalent experiences.

at least 2 years of technical experience and/or leadership experience

Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
-
Strong proficiency in SQL server database management.

Able to provide estimations for development tasks
-
Be experienced with best practices for enterprise data management.
-
Have good problem-solving abilities, think laterally, be calm under pressure, and have attention to details.
-
Must be familiar with current design and technology trends and methodologies.

Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
