MARKETING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for all in-house marketing content creation and support to ensure brand consistency and messaging within the company

  • Understand the details and flexibility of the entire business process at BeaconFire Solution and any other information important to smooth cooperation with our clients

  • Participates in business social events, career fairs, and marketing activities to maximize social media and content generation opportunities

  • Promotes and adheres to BeaconFire brand standards through numerous graphic design projects

  • Designs and creates campaign collateral (print ads, digital display ads, posters, brochures, etc.) and oversees the production and distribution of literature and collateral

  • Oversees and implements web optimization (SEO) on our website

  • Set digital brand marketing-specific metrics by monitoring analytics and drive overall company strategies to improve engagement and/or conversion; constantly update the management about the

  • Strategize relevant labor market, economic conditions, and industry trends, and ability to analyze these factors and draw logical conclusions

  • Analyze the audience engagement and Marketing event outcome by generating a post-event report to include feedback and action plans for review

  • Ensure that operational expenditure is managed within agreed budgets and identify efficiencies by generating event spreadsheets

  • Monitor the company online reviews and reputation; provide replies on a timely manner to ensure the creation of positive content and maximization of career opportunities with BeaconFire Solution

 

Requirements and Experiences

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

  • 2 plus year’s experience launching and/or moderating online forums and/or Loyalty Program and/or Interactive Marketing experience (SEO, SEM, internet, or advertising and two-plus years’ experience of consumer-based research analysis

  • Understanding of web tracking, social media metrics, Google analytics, and any other web analytics tools

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively to make the best possible decisions for BeaconFire Solution and achieve the team’s overall goals

  • Excellent computer skills with familiarization of professional email culture, Adobe, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Drive
